Charlotte Joan Stine, 90 of Normal, Illinois passed away on Friday, October 13, 2017 at 9:25am at the McLean County Nursing Home, Normal.

Her graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at 1pm at Friends Cemetery, Bentown.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Charlotte was born on October 25, 1926 in Downs, Illinois. She is the daughter of Merle William and Charlotte Mable (Friend) Scarbeary.

She is survived by her children; Randy Stine of Bloomington, Catina Sampson of Seffner, Florida, 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and her sister; Mary Sheehan of Bloomington. She is preceded in death by her parents, her daughter; Connie Helm, 1 brother, 1 sister and 1 grandchild.
